Refund policy

To process a return, please access our customer portal.

At Abstract Tac, we stand behind the quality of our products, proudly designed and handled in-house. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, our refund policy allows for returns and exchanges within 30 days of the order date. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags attached. Customized products are non-returnable.

If you’ve purchased return coverage, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. If you chose to not purchase returns coverage, you will be liable for the return shipping label costs. For exchanges, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us, while we cover the cost of sending the new item. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we’ll resolve it promptly, including covering all associated shipping costs.
